Procase’s entrepreneurial nature has produced one of the best bonus structures in the industry.
It is based on the premise that employees should be rewarded for their extra contribution, effort
and sacrifices. Procase has created a plan comprised of 4 major bonuses to ensure that employees
receive at least one bonus each quarter:
 |
 |
| |
| Billable Bonus |
This bonus rewards those people who choose to make the extra effort. However, Procase
respects personal lives of its employees and does not require employees to work extra hours.
|
| |
| Fixed-Price Project Bonus |
A bonus is paid on fixed price projects, which are delivered under budget. The bonus hours are
divided between the project members.
|
| |
| Sales Bonus |
A bonus is paid for leads. A bonus may also be paid on a project for an existing client but
for a completely independent department/client.
|
| |
| Profit Sharing |
Our proven business model of corporate focus, employee productivity, controlled growth, and
efficient cost management will ensure ongoing profitability. We believe that employees should
be empowered to make Procase even more successful. In turn, Procase shares this success with
employees. Profit Sharing is the strongest statement that Procase can make to demonstrate its
commitment to employees. Employee portion is based on four factors: contribution to the
company via non-billable work, unused sick time, position at the end of the fiscal year, and
years of service.
