| Associate Consultant |
Although this is an entry-level position, its requirements are still stringent. Employees
have a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of specialized expertise
in their technology.

| Consultant |
Employees have a minimum of 5 years of specialized expertise in their technology.
They have a proven ability to solve complex problems and work very efficiently.
|
| Senior Consultant |
Employees are recognized experts in their field with a proven ability to deliver results.
They are often responsible for designing and developing complete solutions. They are also
normally responsible for mentoring other consultants.
|
| Team Lead |
Team leads are normally promoted from Senior Consultants after proving themselves on
multiple projects at Procase. They are often assigned a Project Owner role and are
accountable to clients and Partners for the overall success of projects.

| Partner |
Partners are always promoted from within the company. Partners are owners of
Procase. They are responsible for running projects and the company itself. Partners
ultimate responsibility is to help grow Procase.

Employees are normally hired into one of the Consultant positions. They are then assigned
challenging projects and are given opportunity to prove themselves. Partners and Managing
partners are mandated to conduct on-going skills transfer and mentoring session to help
employees grow. Since Procase is also a training company, it places significant emphasis in
training. Procase has designed an internal training program, which focuses on efficient
training of its skilled and capable employees. To emphasize its commitment, Procase
includes formal training time in its Profit Sharing formula.
As a result, employees grow very quickly within Procase. Evaluations are conducted annually
and promotions are based on a fair measurement of each employee’s contribution and its impact
on the company. There are no politics or broken promises. Using this method, Procase has
been able to ensure that all new Partners have been promoted from within the organization.
