Procase was founded in Toronto, Canada in September of 1992. Driven by the demand for its services, Procase began to help US clients in 1994. In early 1997, Procase officially incorporated in the US and established an office in San Francisco. Over the years, Procase developed long term relationships with a number of clients. These clients were asking Procase to help them reduce costs by augmenting Procase project teams with off-shore resources. In early 2007, Procase opened its Beijing office in China. Today, Procase has successful operations in 3 countries with clients all across North America.
The operational headquarters of Procase is the Toronto office. Procase Development Centers are in Toronto and Beijing. These centers include all the facilities, hardware equipment, software licenses, development resources and support staff to develop, host and support solutions for clients all over the world.
Procase Managing Partners have led the company by example for over 15 years. Their dedication
to quality, technical excellence, and ability to deliver results has been the foundation of
the corporate culture. To maintain quality, management has controlled growth, hired
