 Lev Moltyaner Managing Partner | | Lev founded Procase in 1992. He has been focused on Oracle technology for more than 16 years. During this period, he led more than 20 successful projects. Lev’s technical focus is on data modeling, system architecture, and performance tuning. In the past 8 years, Lev has focused primarily on web and ERP solutions. As a recognized Oracle expert, Lev is the author of several Oracle courses, including Introduction to Oracle, Oracle Designer, Oracle Developer, and Data Warehousing. He frequently teaches and is a presenter at Oracle User Group and Applications User Group events in the US and Canada. Prior to Procase, Lev worked at Oracle as a consultant where he received a Top Consultant award. Lev has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Waterloo, Canada, where he was one of the top students in his graduating class. |

 Garry Chan Managing Partner | Garry was involved with Procase since the begining and became a Managing Partner in 1996. Garry began his career in the IT industry in 1988, specializing in solutions architecture, data modeling, and e-business implementation. He has led successful delivery of applications that support benefits administration, automated bill payment, pensions, billing, kidney dialysis treatment, union labor HR, inventory control, sales force automation, and fund banking. Garry has written, edited, and taught Oracle technology courses and computer-based training. He is the editor of Pinnacle Publishing’s Oracle Professional journal and e-newsletter. Prior to founding Procase, Garry worked for William M. Mercer Limited, Citibank, and Hong Kong Telecom. Garry holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from University of Calgary, and a Master of Business Administration from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. |

 Andrew Okimi Managing Partner | Andrew focuses on Procase’s technology development, Canadian operations, and specializes in high availability, high throughput web sites. Andrew has led numerous Procase engagements, directing both business and technical aspects of the projects. Examples of his engagements include: re-engineering web sites for higher performance and lower operating costs; enhancing functionality of a financial institution’s web site, including the ability to re-brand the services and provide backward compatibility for existing clients; recruiting and jobs web sites with high performance text capabilities; Oracle Applications implementations; and semiconductor production planning. Andrew has written, edited, and taught Oracle technical courses and computer-based training. Andrew earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Management at McMaster University, Canada, and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). |

 Gordon Yan Senior Partner | Gordon joined Procase in 2000 and was made Partner at the end of 2005 in recognition for his technical leadership while growing the Microsoft team at Procase. In 2008, Gordon was promoted to Senior Partner for his outstanding contribution in establishing and managing the Procase Beijing office. Gordon's technical focus is on system architecture and data modeling, especially end to end web solution with Microsoft .Net and Oracle/SQL server backend. He has provided technical leadership for applications that support project management, realty E-Commerce, government budget administration, claim processing automation and benefit account maintenance. Prior to Procase, Gordon worked for IAEA of United Nations, Vienna as an IT consultant. Gordon holds a Ph.D. in energy engineering from Tsinghua University, China. |

 Charles Lao Partner | Charles was made Partner at the end of 2000 in recognition for his technical leadership and ability to deliver results. He has over 15 years of IT experience. His main focus during this period has been on Oracle and Java technologies. He has extensive knowlege of financial, investment, telecom and recruiting industries. In the past few years Charles provided technical leadership for sites such as globeinvestor.com, yellowpages.ca, and brainhunter.com. Charles holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Chiao-Tung University and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arizona. |

 Bryan Boulton Partner | Bryan joined Procase in 1999 and was made Partner at the end of 2000 in recognition for his project management skills and a track record of successful projects. Bryan has been managing IT projects for the past 10 years with an emphasis on web site development using Oracle, PHP & Java technologies. His Procase teams have successfully deployed solutions for clients in the Mutual Fund, Investment, Pension and Labor Relations industries. Bryan has taught part of the Oracle curriculum for Learning Tree International since March, 2000, was the Contributing Editor of Oracle Professional for 3 years and a technical editor of Oracle PL/SQL Programming, 4th edition, O'Reilly. |

 Kee Heng Tiow Partner | Kee Heng began working with Procase in 2000 and was promoted to Partner at the end of 2003 in recognition for his Team Leadership and impressive project track record. Kee Heng has been managing and leading IT projects using Oracle technology since 2000. He has strong technical expertise in system architecture and data modeling, coupled with his extensive project management skills to deliver successful projects. He also has teaching experience and performs custom technical training to meet specific needs from the clients Prior to joining Procase, Kee Heng taught at Oracle University and was a consultant in Oracle Canada. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. |

 Thomas Al-Hamad Partner | Thomas began working with Procase Consulting in 2001, becoming a partner at the end of 2004 in recognition for his leadership and creative thinking skills. He has been involved with technical and consulting services at Procase. He has significant experience teaching Oracle Database Administration, Backup, Recovery and Oracle Server Tuning. Prior to Procase, he worked as an IT consultant in both Jordan and Qatar, leading projects in software development. Thomas holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Jordan. He has a keen interest in continued professional development, and has completed certificates in Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP). |

 Mohan Amarthaluru Partner | Mohan was made Partner at the end of 2006 in recognition for his technical leadership and ability to manage projects. His main focus areas during this period have been Application Architecture, Team Leadership and Project Management. In his long global career in Information Technology, Mohan has played every possible role, starting from Programmer to Program Manager, in software development life cycle. In terms of Industry verticals, Mohan has extensive experience in Pre-tax Benefits Administration, Utility Billing, CRM, Public Sector, and Financial Applications. Mohan holds Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Andhra University, India.  Inna Kane Partner | Inna started working with Procase in 2001 and was promoted to Partner in 2008 in recognition of her strong project management skills. She has a long career in Information Technology, working as a Programmer, Team Lead and Project Manager in telecom, accounting, finance, publishing and other industries. While at Procase, Inna has provided technical and project management leadership using Oracle technology for sites such as globeinvestor.com, globeadvisor.com, yellowpages.ca, and workinginmentalhealth.ca. Inna holds an Honours Master of Engineering from Technical University in StPetersburg, Russia. She also completed certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). |

 Eric Farquharson Vice President, Sales | Eric joined Procase Consulting in 1999, and brings 26 years of senior sales and management expertise to Procase. Eric has been intimately involved in the company’s growth, marketing and sales strategies since then. Eric plays a key role several areas that promote growth:

 Kevin Grennan Director of Sales | Kevin joined Procase in early 2006 after 17 years in the media and financial services industry. Kevin spent 10 years at The Globe and Mail as head of Financial Data and Software Sales. In 2000 Kevin was selected by Globe and Mail management to help start their Financial Web Solutions division. Over the next five years as National Sales Manager and Director of Strategic Accounts for the Web Solutions division, Kevin played an instrumental role in growing the division into a mutli-million dollar business. Kevin brings extensive experience and practice from the financial product and software development arena. Included in his duties were database manager, business project manager, product training and education, and skills development. Kevin combines his technology and financial background with undergraduate studies in Economics from the University of Toronto. |
